Video Editing

Many moons ago…

I was just a little pre-teen making fan edits of Hannah Montana episodes that got a little too popular and was subsequently banned from YouTube for copyright violation.

Now, I have an MFA in Film & Digital Technology, many more years of experience, and a firm understanding of copyright laws. I primarily cut in Adobe Premiere and finish with color correction in DaVinci Resolve. My short film, daisy chain, has screened at the Florida Film Festival, Mtn Craft Film Festival, Doctober, and more.

I’m available for projects of any size! From YouTube content to bite-sized social media clips to long (or short!) documentary and narrative works, let’s creative something together.

My Work

daisy chain

Part self-portrait, part reflection on the process of film preservation, "daisy chain" uses home videos of my mother's childhood to ask questions about the nature of memory and the effort that goes into keeping stories alive for generations to come.

daisy chain has been selected to screen at the Florida Film Festival, Mtn Craft Film Festival, UVFA Conference, Doctober, and the West Virginia Mountaineer Short Film Festival.

Heaven on Earth

It all started when seven friends got together and wanted to play more tennis. In 2000, they formed the Highland Park Tennis Club (HPTC) in an effort to grow the sport in the Pittsburgh area. HPTC has been offering free summer tennis lessons for people ages 5+ for all, including blind players and wheelchair users. Heaven on Earth follows the club as they prepare for the beginning of the 2023 season.
